We’re building a state-wide network of trusted, trained shooters — and we’re looking for capable members to join the team.

Whether you’re ex-military, a qualified marksman, or just someone with the right training and attitude, The Marksmen Co gives you the chance to use your skills and firearms legally, ethically, and with purpose.

As an Authorised Member, you'll be part of a professional operation supporting landholders across WA with pest control and wildlife management.

• WA Police business licence coverage (you don’t need your own licence)

• To keep your firearms stored at your residence

• Access to approved shooting locations and landholder agreements

• Branded training, documentation & compliance support

• Shooting insurance cover

Simple Steps to Join:

1. Select Your Plan
Choose the membership that best suits your needs and complete the online form.

2. Receive Your Acceptance Letter
You're in!

• If you hold a current firearms licence, proceed to step 3.

• If you need to come under our corporate licence, your membership can be used as evidence to WAPOL that your application is underway — allowing you to retain your firearms in the meantime.

3. Become a Vetted Member
Attend our monthly onboarding sessions to:

• Complete the Firearms Safety & Legislation Course

• Pass range-based shooting competency tests

(You can still shoot at your regular places even if you not vetted yet)

4. Get Assigned to Jobs
Once vetted, you can be matched to shooting jobs through our partnered landowners, based on your skills, location, and availability.
